From the living area in the first floor you have two exits to the outside area.

On the east of the house a fenced garden can be used for relaxing or for playing. The garden table on the southeast facing balcony is ideal for a sunny breakfast.

The garden table on the west is ideal to catch the sun in the afternoon and evening and to enjoy the evening with a sundowner or at the BBQ.
